I discovered CrossFit in 2016 while living in Okinawa, Japan. At the time, I felt stuck in my fitness routine and needed something to push me. What I found was not only a challenging and dynamic way to train, but also an incredible community that brought together U.S. military members and local nationals in our small box. CrossFit has been a constant in my life ever since - it's my therapy, my self-care, and a source of strength that keeps me grounded. It's also how I met my husband, Shane, in 2020 and where I've built lifelong friendships with people who feel like family to my kids, Rory and Boden. I love barbell movements and my favorite workout is "Grace!" Outside the gym, I'm a sourdough baker, mom, and avid reader. I also challenge myself each year in participating in the Door County Sprint Triathlon. I'm excited to share my passion for CrossFit with our community and help others discover what this sport can do for them!

My interest in how the body moves and functions was sparked at a very young age. I grew up surrounded by strong atheltes, beginning ballet at age 2 and continuing through high school, where I was a competitive track athlete. In college, I played varsity squash. As an adult, I continued to be very active, running the Boston Marathon in 2003, as well as completing in many 1/2 marathons, triathlons and road races. My interest in fitness ultimately lead me to become a certified pre/post natal fitness instructor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and CrossFit Coach.

My passion for fitness lead me to CrossFit in 2012 where I fell in love with its diversity, intensity and community. Every workout leaves me challenged both physically and mentally, something I have yet to find in any other fitness endeavor. As a coach, I am grateful to witness how CrossFit empowers, inspires and motivates the athletes who come through our doors. It's my goal to be the best coach I can be, inspire others to challenge their physical limits and feel accomplished, proud and wanting more.

HOLD POLICY

Life can throw unexpected curveballs, so a hold on your membership may be needed.  We offer a (30) or (60) day fixed hold option.  A hold on your membership requires 5 days notice and a $15 hold fee.  After the hold is completed, your membership will auto-renew and revert to your previously assigned membership.  If you choose to cancel your membership, you will need to submit a cancellation request per our cancellation policy above. Members will not be refunded any unused time left of their purchased membership.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your membership, please fill out the form below and our team will handle the rest. As a reminder, we require 14 days' notice to process your cancellation. If you have a scheduled renewal payment less than 14 days before your next invoice, the payment will be processed as usual, and the membership will be cancelled at the end of your final paid membership cycle.
