Our coach-led group fitness class is for everyone! We use a combination of cardio, bodyweight and weights to maximize your hour with us. The workouts are different every day with a huge emphasis on getting you started safely whatever your current age or ability.

I love this gym so much! Sarah O’Shea is an awesome trainer and her fitness programming is great. I never thought I’d say I was a person who did cross fit but all of the workouts are scalable for all abilities and everyone who works out here is so nice. Highly recommend to anyone who ever wondered (like me!) if they could do cross fit. You can! And this gym is a great place to do it!

When you start at CrossFit Good Land, your fitness level will improve quickly, usually in the first 30 days. The key to see results is consistency and commitment over time so that’s why we recommend 3 classes per week as a start. Sign up today!
Yes! We provide guidance on eating right or sleeping well which can help maximize energy levels – getting YOU maximum results from your efforts. Sign up today!
Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level. Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.

You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!

Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.

The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

At the end of class, we will cool down together to accelerate recovery and reduce potential injury. Sign up today!

We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance

Some days are more strength focused where will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.

Other days, we may focus more on cardio conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!

Coach

I was a marathoner, wakeboarder and ultimate frisbee player for years in Pittsburgh before CrossFit and I collided in 2015. In exchange for my best friend's company in an upcoming race, I agreed to go to a Friends and Family class at her CrossFit gym...and I never left. The next several years turned out to be some of the most challenging years of my life and yet, largely because of CrossFit, I was able to not only survive them, but also GROW through them. I look forward to helping people connect with CrossFit in a meaningful way not only as a sport, but also as a community. I believe full heartedly in CrossFit because I have seen it change many lives, including my own. 

I look forward to doing as much as I can to give back to the CrossFit community. I plan to seek further education in CrossFit coaching/training and hope to participate in local competitions in the future. I also hope to provide/organize opportunities for my CrossFit gym members to join me in applying our skills to various outdoor sporting events.

My interest in how the body moves and functions was sparked at a very young age. I grew up surrounded by strong atheltes, beginning ballet at age 2 and continuing through high school, where I was a competitive track athlete. In college, I played varsity squash. As an adult, I continued to be very active, running the Boston Marathon in 2003, as well as completing in many 1/2 marathons, triathlons and road races. My interest in fitness ultimately lead me to become a certified pre/post natal fitness instructor, personal trainer, group fitness instructor and CrossFit Coach.

My passion for fitness lead me to CrossFit in 2012 where I fell in love with its diversity, intensity and community. Every workout leaves me challenged both physically and mentally, something I have yet to find in any other fitness endeavor. As a coach, I am grateful to witness how CrossFit empowers, inspires and motivates the athletes who come through our doors. It's my goal to be the best coach I can be, inspire others to challenge their physical limits and feel accomplished, proud and wanting more.

HOLD POLICY

Life can throw unexpected curveballs, so a hold on your membership may be needed.  We offer a (30) or (60) day fixed hold option.  A hold on your membership requires 5 days notice and a $15 hold fee.  After the hold is completed, your membership will auto-renew and revert to your previously assigned membership.  If you choose to cancel your membership, you will need to submit a cancellation request per our cancellation policy above. Members will not be refunded any unused time left of their purchased membership.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel your membership, please fill out the form below and our team will handle the rest. As a reminder, we require 14 days' notice to process your cancellation. If you have a scheduled renewal payment less than 14 days before your next invoice, the payment will be processed as usual, and the membership will be cancelled at the end of your final paid membership cycle.
